Guess Which GUY Celeb Is Wearing Patterned Nails! (Is There Any Chance In Heck This Could Catch On?)

Thanks to the popularity of those Sally Hansen strips, patterned nails have been popping up pretty much everywhere lately.

Everywhere except on guys, that is. But here's one celebrity dude who fully embraced this nail trend last weekend. Dean McDermott showed up at the Gay & Lesbian Film Festival on Saturday with his toenails covered in a black-and-white houndstooth pattern.

My best guess is that he's wearing Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips in "Check It Out". Not totally shocking Dean's been spotted out getting a pedicure beside his wife (and choosing red polish no subtle clear here!), and the couple has confessed that painting one another's nails is one of their favorite bonding activities. And Dean was also rocking a bandaged toe (isn't he always getting in motorcycle-race crashes or something?), so maybe the nails are just a way to dress up the situation down there. The black/white does kind of look like a racing flag!

Meanwhile, I wonder if our editor in chief Cindi's husband approves of Dean's pedicure? (Remember when he painted his nails hot pink for us? So amazing.)
